There is not a lot of edifying going on here in the FReligion forum. The Good News of God's Kingdom has been relegated to small bits and pieces in between the infighting here that denies God glory, but instead glorifies ourselves and our own denominations.
It would be truly wondrous if we were able to follow even half of the "one anothers", I would be satisfied if we only followed the five telling us how not to treat each other.
Rom. 14:13 stop passing judgement on one another
Gal. 5:26 Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.
Col. 3:9 Do not lie to each other
Jam. 4:11 do not slander one another
Jam. 5:9 Don't grumble against each other
Go and do and be blessed all you anothers!

I had no idea that the phrase "All o' youse" was of Greek origin.
Fascinating.

It's only used in southern parts of Greece. :)

Do I have to greet all o' youse with a holy kiss? Can't I just bless your hearts?

You mean we're not supposed to be reenacting every single episode of the Three Stooges? Who woulda thunk it?

Excellent thread and idea, BtL. Bookmarking to refer to throughout the month.

Here is one I have missed that has been brought to my attention:
Gal. 5:15 If you keep on biting and devouring each other, watch out or you will be destroyed by each other.

1 Brothers, even if a person is caught in some transgression, you who are spiritual should correct that one in a gentle spirit, looking to yourself, so that you also may not be tempted.
2
Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ. 2
3
For if anyone thinks he is something when he is nothing, he is deluding himself.
4
3 Each one must examine his own work, and then he will have reason to boast with regard to himself alone, and not with regard to someone else;
5
for each will bear his own load.
6
One who is being instructed in the word should share all good things with his instructor. 4
7
Make no mistake: God is not mocked, for a person will reap only what he sows,
8
because the one who sows for his flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows for the spirit will reap eternal life from the spirit.
9
Let us not grow tired of doing good, for in due time we shall reap our harvest, if we do not give up.
10
So then, while we have the opportunity, let us do good to all, but especially to those who belong to the family of the faith. 5

Have always love the ONE ANOTHER'S.
What a brilliant anointed idea to make their discussion a "CHRISTIAN CAUCUS."
Now, if we can live up to your example.
Thanks.

There is one rule, and Christ Himself gave it to us
"Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets."
Matthew 7:12
All else is commentary.

Galatians 6 does get right to the heart of this matter. Thanks.
