the term "Trinity" is not in there. Neither is purgatory but it is referenced by Christ. The orthodox jews believe in the concept of it as well. Also - The sacrement of confession comes from the new testament. you said: Sola* Scriptura is derived from numerous passages, not a specific verse. I have yet to stumble upon any verses that mention or imply that scripture alone is the way. Remember, the Bible wasn't around at the time of Christ.
