YOU said something about our beliefs that is NOT TRUE. You made an untrue statement about what we believe. Whether or not what we believe is true in itself, what you said about what we believe is untrue.
So when I point out that we don't believe what you say we believe you then go to some other uncertain allegation and say it's a fact which we are denying, even though the noted Archeologist or historian or whatever Albright (one of whose books I have) will not certify it as fact. Why should I go out on a a limb that he thinks is too slender? Are you saying he's in denial too? Then why did the article mention him?
We do not believe that Purgatory is "managed by this magisterium", so that's another untrue allegation you make about us.
Having peppered your discourse with other statements of similar reliability, you expect me to believe on your say-so what an article to which Diego links (I think -- I get you two mixed up) says is a possibility. I submit that you can't tell an ossuary by its cover.
There are many things I cannot verify. There are a few that I can. When every statement (or very nearly) from one source is easily discovered to be distorted or flat out untrue, I cannot see how it is prudent to take anything from that source as reliable.
Actually, I do expect to enjoy Purgatory. Every experience of healing that I have had so far, including the current one, is, albeit painful in parts, always full of joyful hope. I think Purgatory is an example of God's mercy.
What statements were "distorted or flat out untrue" in the link that Diego provided about the discovey of the ossuary of Simon Bar Jonah at Dominus Flevit in Jerusalem in 1953????

Joyful waiting, because the people in Purgatory know they are on their way to heaven, they just didn't die with a mortal sin on their soul. They are awaiting the day that they are totally pure and can enter heaven.
Likewise, the people in Purgatory know they are NOT going to hell!
