The God-Man died on the cross. Not God. Jesus's spirit lived on even after His body died. He went into paradise. Then He raised Himself from the dead as God and ascended - returning with a glorified body.
So the God-Man is not God? Why then is He called the "God-Man" if He is not God? Does taking on human nature take away His divinity?
