The God-Man died on the cross. Not God. So the God-Man is not God? Why then is He called the "God-Man" if He is not God? Does taking on human nature take away His divinity?

The God-Man died on the cross. Not God. Were people wrong to worship Christ, since He was "not God"?

Just clarifying which person of the Triune Godhead died on the cross. God was still alive though. God doesn't have an end.
