Well considering the ignorance you have displayed in critiquing the LDS beliefs and the the utter lack of class you have shown on this thread, you are a poor example of a Southern Baptist.
You are not "standing up for your beliefs", you are simply throwing stink bombs at other people's beliefs.
I am a former Mormon and quite frankly I am embarrassed by your thread and your behavior. You don't win converts by lying about them and you don't stand up for your beliefs by lying and attacking the beliefs of others.

Southern Baptists see them as a cult? Strange. I was raised in a SB church and I have never seen nor heard this from anyone. My long departed grandmother was as hard core Bible thumping Southern Baptist as there is, and I never heard her talk poorly of any religion.
