For the love of God.
There is a TLM in Fairbanks, AK next to the Cathedral. I'll be attending that as often as possible once my unit finally redeploys. Not because I disdain the Novus Ordo so much (there are a few issues - understatement), but because the TLM is that much more powerful and prayerful.
" Come, let us Worship and bow down before our King and God.
O Come, let us worship and bow down before Christ, our King and God.
O Come, let us worship and bow down to Christ Himself, our King and God."
O Jesus,
O Light,
O Hope of mankind,
God with us,
Who came as the poor child
of poor parents,
King of the universe
embracing his people,
You who come so often
in the guise of the irritating,
the unpleasant,
the lowly,
the needy,
the ugly,
the hurt,
Come to me today,
as surely as you came that nativity night
and fill my heart
with the light of your love
that I may see with your eyes,
love with your heart,
touch with your touch,
until,
when you come again in glory,
King of the universe,
Righter of wrongs,
Merciful judge,
Lord or Lords,
you might look into my heart
and say
"Yes, I know you.
Come to the wedding feast."

Good post! I also like how you got those two crosses in the title of the post -- hadn't seen that before at Free Republic. :-)
When the line is HTML coded for bold it results in the change of the cross configuration :
There is no need to 'bold' the line to gain this affect to the crosses, when posting to the post title line of FR.
Thank you for the compliment. Praising the Most Holy Trinity is a work of love to the glory and forgiveness our Almighty Father offers to each man woman and child in world, provided :
Each forsakes all false gods, teachings and writings;
Acknowledge His Son, the Holy Ghost and Himself as their One True God;
Acknowledge the Immaculate Conception and Assumption of the Mother of Jesus Christ - the Blessed Virgin Mary;
Submit to whomever holds the office as His Vicar on Earth - the Pope.

I especially like Father Pheiffer's chastisement about our failure to witness to our co-workers, friends and acquaintances the presence of Christ Jesus in our lives every hour of every day.
Paraphrasing Father Pheiffer : We know who is and is not married, who is and isn't a Catholic. More importantly they don't know we are Catholic, because we fail to witness Jesus Christ; we don't teach pagans ( all non-Catholics ) the wonders of Holy Mass; speak in detail about the Holy Sacraments; tell our friends why we believe in the virginity of the Holy Mother of Jesus Christ; speak to them of why the Pope is His Vicar on Earth.
The fact that his words were music to my ears had no bearing on my joy at listening with uplifted joy at the far-reaching impact his words had and are now having to the faithful. Father Pheiffer is a remarkable witness for Jesus. May he continue to be blessed and strengthened by the Holy Ghost in his devotion to his vows
Copied, and saved. Thanks again, murphE!!!
