What sorts of people write autobiographies when they are healthy and well at 35? Generally there are three sorts: egotists, egomaniacs, and megalomaniacs. etc.

Your author should be ashamed of himself. Seriously. This is nothing more than a collection of insults directed at the person he disagrees with; it in no way addresses the content of the book or the review.

IMO the Hahns should be. From the article:

Here are two graduates of a Presbyterian College, two students nearing completion of their studies at reputedly one of the best evangelical Protestant seminaries in the country, two professing Christians – and the meaning of justification is not all that important to them.

Quote from the article of dubious value: "What sorts of people write autobiographies when they are healthy and well at 35? Generally there are three sorts: egotists, egomaniacs, and megalomaniacs. etc."

Wow, so when St. Augustine began writing his Confessions at age 42 was he an egotist or an egomaniac?

Arrogant Bastard, this guy is a chump. Sounds like envy on his part. Hahn wrote his autobiography BECAUSE OF READER DEMAND!!! Apparently that fact was lost on the chump.

I'm not sure why this author is reviewing a book that came out 13 years ago except as a pretext for trashing someone who converted to the Catholic Church.

Some of these Protties are really out there. For this author to write that Hahn "left Christianity" when he joined the Church is utterly ridiculous. How can anyone take what he writes seriously?
