This is like an oxymoron to me. How can discussion about a General Conference be a Devotional???
Doesn't really make sense to me.

General Conference aka Solemn Assembly
It is our sacred time of the year that the LDS gather to hears the servants of the Lord to speak unto the children in the name of Jesus Christ.

But it's a meeting, not prayers and devotionals. True, they may be present in the meeting, such as an Opening and/or Closing Prayer Service or a devotional read during the day.
But a thread for discussion that asks protection?? (Almost like the dimocrats wanting special protection.)
This is the last time I will post to this thread. However, I will watch for the prayers.
