I don't know the truth of this situation. My thought is how sad we've become, as a church. This thread is about the death of a man who lost his ties with Rome, who seems to have wanted to be the best priest he could be.

I find the truth to be that Vatican II's legacy, at least in the short term, is one of chaos, turbulence, and the loss of grace. Perhaps these are necessary for change to occur. No matter how slight the intended change.

I am constantly amazed at how easy it is for evil to find a way to overcome good.

We Catholics, especially we traditional Catholics, must support one another and our church.

I agree with. The problem is that some so-called traditionalists are no longer really in the Church. They've gone off on their own.
