BibChr uses the original manuscripts when he reads and inteprets the bible.

No he doesn't. He doesn't have any original texts.

And any man that think he alone is smarter than the men who together translated the AV should study the lives of those men and the process by which the Bible was translated.

"And any man that think he alone is smarter than the men who together translated the AV should study the lives of those men and the process by which the Bible was translated."

Psa 12:6 The words of the LORD [are] pure words: [as] silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

Psa 12:7 Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

Sixty four men were chosen in 1604 to translate the Bible into English. They prayed and fasted over a period of three years before commencing the work. Forty seven remained after this preparation to translate.

The work began in 1607 and was completed in 1611. Exactly seven years after the men were chosen.

The KJV was the seventh major English Bible produced. The first six being the Wycliffe, the Tyndale, the Coverdale, the Matthew’s Bible, the Great Bible and the Geneva Bible.

Purified seven times.

When the forty seven men began translating the texts, they were divided into six groups of 6 to 8 men each which met in three locations. Cambridge, Oxford and Westminster Abby. Each man in each group translated an entire portion of the scriptures his group had been given, then the whole group committee met together to authenticate his work. The work was not passed on until there was 100% agreement in the committee on that portion of scripture. Then the work was passed on to the next committee to repeat the process while they received the work from another committee to also repeat the process. Each portion of the texts passed through all six committees with 100% agreement and then a final committee met to review the work of the group. This was the seventh review and also had to be in 100% agreement.

Purified seven times.

In Psalms 12, in verse seven, the Lord tells us that He shall preserve His word forever.
