Please keep me in your prayers. Today, my condition deteriorated to an even greater extent, than I had expected as a result I was unable to post a Link regarding Homilies preached by Father Altier on the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, The Worker on Freeper Salvation's Daily Caucus Readings for the Solemnity of Saint Joseph for May 1, 2006.
That is why I have not yet posted a Thread on one of Father Altier's Lessons namely Lesson 17 on the Holy Eucharist which I will be posting now.
I am grateful that Freeper Salvation has created a Link with regard to those Homilies on this Thread.

This Solemnity was insituted by Pope Pius XII not to appease the Communists at all rather just the opposite.
It was instituted and designed to counter the Commmunist Influence in the World which in the 1950's you and other will agree with me was a major menace.
Check out the Homilies of Father Altier for the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, the Worker -- Father Robert Altier specifically talks in one of his Homilies as to how this Solemnity was meant to tackle the Communist Menace.
