Billy Graham was once told a liberal "Christian" leader that what he preached amounts to "setting the clock of Christianity back by 100 years". In response, Graham noted that "I'm not satisfied with putting the clock back by 100 years: I want to put it back 1900 years, back to Christ's time!".

What he said should be our aim. If there is any reason the Christianity of 2006 on the core issues of God, Jesus, God's Word, salvation deviate from those in Jesus's time, it is our faults.
