Friday, I wrote about the betrayal and murder of the Son of God, without a doubt the day that humanity was at its very worst.
After the Lord was dead and the people realized the enormity of the atrocity they had comitted, He was taken down from the cross and laid in a tomb.
Jesuss disciples despaired.
The Romans, trying to stop a nascent rebellion, ordered that the tomb be guarded day and night and that a large rock be placed in front of it. The tomb was owned by a wealthy man named Joseph of Arimithea, fulfilling the old testament prophecy that the messiah would be buried in a rich mans tomb.

NO MAN NO DEMON NO ANGEL NOT EVEN SATAN COULD TAKE IT FROM HIM
Christ laid down His life and He took it up again.
Either Jesus was the Christ or he fulfilled every prophesy in the Old Testament by accident and was insane.
Best perspective I have seen, places God the Father as the one who demanded the death of Christ, and the thinking, decisions, and behavior of none others were as significant nor determined His death.
The spiritual death on the Cross, in a state of being cursed from hanging on the tree, demanded judgment from a righteous Father. The Father then imputed the penalty of all sin from all time, past, present and future, any and all sin of humanity upon our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.
The penalty of sin is death and the spiritual death, no other human was ever able to bear, for no other human had a perfect spirit to offer in sacrifice for the sin of humanity.
He sacrificed His body, remaining faithful in soul and spirit to the Father. He provided His blood, the blood of the New Covenant, for all to sup through faith in Him for the remission of sin. He relinquished His spirit to the Father, then His body and soul on the Cross breathed His last. His soul then departed the body. The body was taken to the tomb, and His soul descended into Hades for three days. The omnipotence of the Holy Spirit returned His soul to His body, and the Father returned the spirit to the body and He ressurrected, not resuscitated, but ressurrected on after three days.
He walked the Earth for forty days in His ressurrection body, He ate food, spoke with many and displayed amny facets of the ressurrection body. On the 40th day, He ascended to the third heaven, where he was seated at the right hand of God the Father and given His third royal patent and title, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, the Bright Morning Star as indicated in the doctrine of His Session.
Ten days later, the Church Age began with the Feast of pentecost and now the indwelling of God the Father and the Holy Spirit is available to all believers as a new spiritual species of believers in Christ, a part of His royal family.
The only significance of those who judged, ridiculed, belittled, beat, slandered, and sought to murder our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus is that He bore their sins for them and asked the Father to forgive them their sins for they knew not what they did.
All the work was performed by Christ on the Cross, in obedience to the will of the Father.
An important lesson is available in studying these aspects of the Crucifixtion. Whenever one is unduly influenced by emotion or seeks to label parties other than Christ or the Father or the Holy Ghost as significant players in that day on Calvary, they are very likely to be thinking from a scarred soulish perspective. This is not to judge, but rather to offer encouragement for others to seek His blessings by further focusing on His work rather than the work of man in the Crucifixtion, except of course the work of one man in Hypostatic Union who was perfect humanity, whose work was not human work at all but was simply an act of faith.
It might be argued that on that day on Calvary, humanity was at its very best, for only on that day was the perfect man imputed with all sin of humanity and judged, paid the penalty, and raised three days later as proof positive the debt to God for relationship with perfect righteousness has finally been paid.
What doctrines cause you to weave a basket of such excrement? You really have a peverted perspective.
Why do you not believe God the Father did not judge the Son on the Cross?
From your tagline, "a life of religion is to do good", a gather you do not grasp the significance of Christ other than being a nice fellow and do-gooder.
From doctrines within Scripture, be aware that those who perform human good independent of His will, and there are many, simply perform work that is good for nothingness in the perspective of Divine Holiness. Religion in this Church Age is generally a human attempt to perform good, that is parlayed into evil by the Adversary to form a counterfeit Millenial kingdom.
Through faith in Christ, one has no need to be either religious or a do-gooder for perfect righteousness, but on the contrary many a believer who seeks to do good on his own and obey religion instead of their direct priesthood with the Father through faith in Christ, merely counterfeit His plan for the Church and deceive themselves into worthless sins of the flesh, worldiness, and adversarial spiritual wickedness.
That is a broken old record. The book or Revelations states Behold the Lamb crucified before the foundation of the world. Christ was destined to be crucified before there was a world. Man played a part in God's grand schem of things but Christ poured out His soul even unto death. This murdering of Christ has been the basis of the Anti Jewish attitude for a long long time.
Because the Father and the Lord are One single God. The result of this three person from eternity Trinity is the abortive fantasy you are propagating.
The Lord wishes good for all and draws all to Him in heaven. It is man's desire only that rejects Divine love and turns away from it. The Lord's love correspond to the natural laws of gravity.
From doctrines within Scripture...
What scripture gave rise to this insane theory?
Through faith in Christ, one has no need to be either religious or a do-gooder
Sorry, faith alone without charity to the neighbor will condem you to hell.
The Cross is not a resolution of good and evil.
The Cross was the resolution of sin. An entirely different issue.
Don't take my word for it,..take God's Word. Read Acts.
I encourage you to reread the gospels. Preferably each in one sitting.
I do not suggest those who are faithful do not exercise grace and charity. We have already been condemned. Codemnation comes before salvation. By faith in Him, we are given eternal life by regeneration of our spirit from the Holy Spirit. Yes, one God, revealed to us in three persons.
I just happened to read your tagline. Ever hear the phrase "allah akbar?"
I just looked it up on wikipedia - I don't speak arabic. I'm a Christian - why do you ask?
