Hi C,

I don't eat meat but enjoying broth on this Cold freezing day, (broth from the traditinal meal)

I wan't to try the corn beef on bread (Hazelnut loaf) over the week end but have a simple ???

How does one dry out that lump of meat so as to cut it up for other meals?

Sorry, can't advise you on the meat...I don't eat corned beef and cabbage because the corned beef has too much sodium! The soda bread had white flour (high glycemic) as does the Irish stew with the potatoes.

Guess all I can do to celebrate the holiday is read St. Patrick's poem "Christ above me, Christ below me" on this thread!

Let it cool, then you can slice it and reheat it.
