I found this post of yours interesting.

"Only Protestants as individuals can come to the unity of the Church and reconcile (with the Catholic Church) or convert (to the Catholic Church) . When Protestants learn basic vocabulary, history, which books belong in the Bible, how to think, how to pray, how to worship, and how God works – in addition to their history of persecution, hypocrisy, anti-Catholicism, indifferentism and attacks on God’s Church – then they will be ready for full Christianity."

The blue points out works of the individual. If a person does these things (in your opinion) then they will be ready for full Christianity.

Last things first. I looked at all the verses that had full in them and I found NONE that said anything about full Christianity. Next, I looked up complete, and I found these verses....

Col 2:6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, [so] walk ye in him:

Col 2:7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.

Col 2:8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

Col 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.

Col 2:10 And ye are complete in him,
which is the head of all principality and power:

The Bible says if you recieve Jesus then you are complete.

Second, you have a long list of works to do in order to be saved. That is consistant with Catholic catechism, but is goes against the Bible...

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God:

Eph 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

VS.

"...all salvation comes from Christ the Head through the Church which is his Body: Basing itself on Scripture and Tradition, the Council teaches that the Church, a pilgrim now on earth, is necessary for salvation..." Pg. 224, #846

and...

"The Second Vatican Council's Decree on Ecumenism explains: 'For it is through Christ's Catholic Church alone, which is the universal help toward salvation, that the fullness of the means of salvation can be obtained.'" Pg. 215, #816

Sincerely

Col 2:10 "And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power"

Amen!

Either our sins have been forgiven and we've been made clean by the washing of His blood or we haven't.

Salvation has been accomplished by His death and resurrection. He does not need to die repeatedly. All those who possess Trinitarian faith in Jesus Christ are most assuredly saved by the grace of God alone.

Your post, # 378, is essentially meaningless.

I was discussing full Christianity. That's a concept as well as a real thing. Christians do not expect to see every concept or reality, no matter how true, listed in the Bible in the exact words used by a layperson in a conversation. Where in the Bible do you see "canon" used as we use it today to mean the complete collection of inspired books? Is that word, "canon," ever used in the Bible that way? How about "total depravity"? Is that phrase used? It might be, but I don't remember ever seeing it. If it isn't in scripture does that mean it is wrong for Reformed Christians to use it?

How about "Bible"? No where in scripture do you see the word "Bible". I guess you will no longer use it or discuss it right?

Now, specifically about the verses you chose: Unless you are in union and communion with the Church that is Christ's Body and Bride then you are not fully IN HIM. Christ founded and sent ONE Church. It isn't your sect. That doesn't mean you're not a Christian. It just doesn't mean you have the real thing.
