Boy, you are really slipping. That post didn't even RHYME! :-)
Also, you should have gone with this one:
And as Peter was coming in, Cornelius met him, and fell down at his feet, and worshipped him. But Peter took him up, saying, Stand up; I myself also am a man. (Acts 10:25-26)
But be at peace, we do not worship the Pope. (No!!) It is just a sign of respect, especially respect for the authority of a bishop. It's like saluting an officer in the armed forces.
We only worship God. (Some people, however, come close to worshiping Maria Sharapova, Anna K, etc.)

Yup, he is just a leader I respect. I've been an on-fire Prot for many decades, no worries. What a brave man he is, this Pope. Brave man in a very hard time.

Overheard in St. Peter's square: "Wow, this is exciting! But who's that dude with the pointy hat on the balcony with Horatio Gates?"
To: Larry Lucido
Yeah, who was that guy? He was blocking my view of St Peters square.

You should see the look on my face when I eat my morning donut! It's
something close to the ecstasy John must have shown seeing the future . . .

For the public audiences (Wednesdays) you just show up at St. Peter's Square.Actually, you need to get tickets to get in through security check. With Benedict, the General Audiences are packed, you'll need to reserve tickets waaaay ahead of time.
