Know your homophones, amigo ... it's what separates us from the savages!

And the KJV is not in "Old English," which went out of use in (roughly) 1250. (For reference, Chaucer's "Canterbury Tales" is in Middle English.) The KJV uses Jacobean English, which is slightly more modern than Shakespeare's Elizabethan version.

Yes, I know it's President's Day in the land of PC, but it's a school day here!

It's still "old" to me no matter how you look at it. Perhaps if Old was not capitalized it would help.
