Did He also tell you about Queen Cleopatra and Emperor Hadrian? That's such a silly statement, I can't even begin to talk about how silly it is. Firstly, the Bible doesn't say what you infer and make false assumptions. Secondly, YOU don't know such details. Thirdly, you say it's a sin to withold sex, so every woman who's done that has sinned according to you, eh? You bring no proof for this except your own ideas
