After someone on FR alerted us to the episode, we watched it.
It was pretty stupifying...and almost as offensive as the pilot episode about Jesus, which they're rerun many times.

Mary, though respected by all Christianity, is only 'worshiped' by Catholics, almost as a oxymoron of the first commandment disclaimer of 'false gods'. Christians are secure that Christ is predominant but Catholics are insecure because their Mary mythology is threatened.
And the episode which had the nun instructing on "eating the crackers" and got the boys to question how the physically and mentally handicapped will go to heaven was so filled with ignorance and error as to Catholic teachings ... and funny as all get out!!
Catholics who keep *seeing* the Blessed Mother in everything from a cheese sandwich to a rust stain on a wall fail COMPLETELY in their understanding of just who she is and why she was assumed into heaven. Just my two lil Lincolns.
