Perhaps the PCA was a bit to ecumenical when we removed certain parts of the Westminster Confession of Faith.

The article is not bashing Protestants. It points out some of the flaws in the assertion that a religion can be based on the bible alone. There is not a single religion that is based upon the bible alone, so it's a reasonable topic for a forum dedicated to religious discussion.

Why should you care about an article about Sola Scriptura? You don't believe in Sola Scriptura. At least your postings indicate that you don't practice Sola Scriptura.

Of course, this article is probably really not bashing Sola Scriptura, but Solo Scriptura, which is what the vast majority of so called Protestants practice anyway. When I have time today, I hope to read it and see what all the fuss is about.

Let's show the Salt Lake people that we can discuss and argue scripture without hitting the "abuse" button and crying "He's saying bad things about my religion", which is why we don't have any "good times" with them anymore.
