Thanks, brother. Rosary spreds this lie on every thread possible as a way to justify schism

BTW, the nuts at The Remnant and other schismatic rags repeatedly cite this "prophecy" that Romer will lose the Faith.

Once the Mass was the same no matter what part of the world you were in,in the past 40 yrs.

*Wrong.Slavonic Language and Liturgy

Although the Latin holds the chief place among the liturgical languages in which the Mass is celebrated and the praise of God recited in the Divine Offices, yet the Slavonic language comes next to it among the languages widely used throughout the world in the liturgy of the Church. Unlike the Greek or the Latin languages, each of which may be said to be representative of a single rite, it is dedicated to both the Greek and the Roman rites. Its use, however, is far better known throughout Europe as an expression of the Greek Rite; for it is used amongst the various Slavic nationalities of the Byzantine Rite, whether Catholic or Orthodox, and in that form is spread among 115,000,000 people; but it is also used in the Roman Rite along the eastern shores of the Adriatic Sea in Dalmatia and in the lower part of Croatia among the 100,000 Catholics there. Whilst the Greek language is the norm and the original of the Byzantine or Greek Rite, its actual use as a church language is limited to a comparatively small number, reckoning by population. The liturgy and offices of the Byzantine Church were translated from the Greek into what is now Old Slavonic (or Church Slavonic) by Sts. Cyril and Methodius about the year 866 and the period immediately following. St. Cyril is credited with having invented or adapted a special alphabet which now bears his name (Cyrillic) in order to express the sounds of the Slavonic language, as spoken by the Bulgars and Moravians of his day.

Later on St. Methodius translated the entire Bible into Slavonic and his disciples afterwards added other works of the Greek saints and the canon law. These two brother saints always celebrated Mass and administered the sacraments in the Slavonic language. News of their successful missionary work among the pagan Slavs was carried to Rome along with complaints against them for celebrating the rites of the Church in the heathen vernacular. In 868 Saints Cyril and Methodius were summoned to Rome by Nicholas I, but arriving there after his death they were heartily received by his successor Adrian II, who approved of their Slavonic version of the liturgy. St. Cyril died in Rome in 869 and is buried in the Church of San Clemente. St. Methodius was afterwards consecrated Archbishop of Moravia and Pannonia and returned thither to his missionary work. Later on he was again accused of using the heathen Slavonic language in the celebration of the Mass and in the sacraments. It was a popular idea then, that as there had been three languages, Hebrew, Greek, and Latin, inscribed over our Lord on the cross, it would be sacrilegious to use any other language in the service of the Church. St.Methodius appealed to the pope and in 879 he was again summoned to Rome, before John VIII, who after hearing the matter sanctioned the use of the Slavonic language in the Mass and the offices of the Church, saying among other things:

We rightly praise the Slavonic letters invented by Cyril in which praises to God are set forth, and we order that the glories and deeds of Christ our Lord be told in that same language. Nor is it in anywise opposed to wholesome doctrine and faith to say Mass in that same Slavonic language (Nec sanæ fidei vel doctrinæ aliquid obstat missam in eadem slavonica lingua canere), or to chant the holy gospels or divine lessons from the Old and New Testaments duly translated and interpreted therein, or the other parts of the divine office: for He who created the three principal languages, Hebrew, Greek, and Latin, also made the others for His praise and glory (Boczek, Codex, tom. I, pp. 43-44).

Vatican ll, very well was what Mary was referring to...

*Yes, Mary was warning us about an Ecumenical Council which the Chuch, in the name of her Son, teaches cannot Teach error.

I am speaking of the time when the Latin Tridentine Mass was-not any time way before that..Pope Saint Pius the V, made the Quo Primum-so that the Mass would always remain the same...an Altar boy in France, could serve the same MaSS in Germany,or Poland or Egypt or Africa ect. ect...don't twist the issue of the MESS Vatican ll brought...No place is it the same(clown servives, belly dancing, cowboy services...no reverence,no Catholism) AND Yes,The Catholic Church can make mistakes-it is not so much "Her", but the feeble people who run Her and the weakness of the men in Religion-Clergy- who neglect their responsiblities and duties, grow SLACK-as Our Lady of LaSalette AGAIN foretells in the booklet "APPARITION of the Blessed Virgin,on The Mountain of LaSalette.
Christ founded the Catholic Church ,but the men who run it are subject to human weakness,error,sin,temptation-and they can WORK for the graces through prayer and penances..remember Christ Himself allowed the devil to tempt Him..BUT HE WAS GOD>>>His Priests and Church Authorities are again mere human beings with special Ordainments of the Sacraments---to help them remain FAITHFUL..free will never leaves them till death. Thus also Mary asked at Lasalette to PRAY FOR THE POPE and to pray for the Catholic religious and for the conversion of sinners.

breakers,

This prophecy sadly has already been fulfilled

Why are you discussing the so-called Secret of La Salette? Don't you know that the Holy Office has banned all discussion of it?

It has come to the attention of this Supreme Congregation that certain ones are not lacking, even from among the ecclesiastic assemblage who, responses and decisions of this Holy Congregation itself having been disregarded, do proceed to discuss and examine through books, small works and articles edited in periodicals, whether signed or without a name, concerning the so-called Secret of La Salette, its diverse forms and its relevance to present and future times; ... So that these abuses which oppose true piety and greatly wound ecclesiastical authority might be curbed, the same Sacred Congregation orders all the faithful of any region not to discuss or investigate under any pretext, neither through books, or little works or articles, whether signed or unsigned, or in any other way of any kind, about the mentioned subject. Whoever, indeed, violates this precept of the Holy Office, if they are priests, are deprived of all dignity and suspended by the local ordinary from hearing sacramental confessions and from offering Mass: and, if they are lay people, they are not permitted to the sacraments until they repent. (Decree of the Holy Office, 21 Dec. 1915)

Perhaps you can add this as the first of a partial catalogue of your own delicts.

I don't know how more explicit this can be...

THE SUPREME SACRED CONGREGATION OF THE HOLY OFFICE GIVES A DECREE
CONCERNING THE COMMONLY CALLED "SECRET OF LA SALETTE."

It has come to the attention of this Supreme Congregation that certain ones are not lacking, even from among the ecclesiastic assemblage who, responses and decisions of this Holy Congregation itself having been disregarded, do proceed to discuss and examine through books, small works and articles edited in periodicals, whether signed or without a name, concerning the so-called Secret of La Salette, its diverse forms and its relevance to present and future times; and, this not only without permission of the Ordinaries, but, also against their ban.

Moreover, let people be subject to the sanctions given both by Pope Leo XIII through the Constitution of the offices and responsibilities against those who publish books dealing with religious things without legitimate permission of superiors and by Urban VIII through the decree "Sanctissimus Dominus Noster" given on 13th March 1625 against those who publish asserted revelations without the permission of ordinaries. However, this decree does not forbid devotion towards the Blessed Virgin under the title of Reconciliatrix commonly of La Salette.

Given at Rome on 21st December, 1915. - Aloisius Castellano, S. R. and U. I. Notary.

THE LITTLE WORK IS CONDEMNED:
"THE APPARITION OF THE VERY HOLY VIRGIN OF LA SALETTE" DECREE
Wednesday, 9th May 1923
In a General Session of the Supreme Holy Congregation of the Holy Office, eminent and reverend Lord Cardinals appointed for protecting the faith and morals, proscribed and condemned the little work The Apparition of the Most Holy Virgin on the holy mountain of La Salette, Saturday 19 September 1845. - Simple Reprinting of the entire public text by Mélanie, etc. Society Saint-Augustine, Paris-Rome-Bruges, 1922; ordering those to whom it looks to take care to withdraw examples of the condemned book from the hands of the faithful.

And the same holiday and day of the Most Holy Lord. N. D. by the foresight of divine providence Pope Pius XI, in the customary audience of R. P. D. Assessor of the Holy Office has commissioned the report himself and approved the resolution.

Given at Rome from the Holy Office on 10th May, 1923. - Aloisius Castellanus, S. R. and U. Notary.

Whether or not people like me are straining at gnats is debatable. What's certain, however, is your disobedience, the greatest sin of pride.

From Abraham to Moses to Josuha to Mary to Jesus, it was obedience or bust.

You can site all the so-called "scandalous" action of Pope John Paul II, but the fact remains even St. Peter behaved scandalously towards the gentiles according to St. Paul. So the grocery list you've published is irrelevant to the validity of the faith.

AS for you, Rome has already lost the FAITH, when they accepted the Vatican ll-moderism of the washed down-destruction of the Holy Places as stated in the Bible.
"When you see the abomination of desolation in the High places, know that the wrath of God....will be at hand-woe to those who tossed out the Mass, the Sacraments, the CRUCIFIXES_devotions and belittle the Faith founded by Christ to a PROTESTANT SREVICE! GOD have Mercy!

I believe there were two versions of the secret floating around at the time. The condemned version was the false one. The other one is still in print.

Vatican Two Documents

Presbyterorum Ordinis

In the house of prayer the most Holy Eucharist is celebrated and preserved. There the faithful gather, and find help and comfort through venerating the presence of the Son of God our Savior, offered us on the sacrificial altar. This house must be well kept and suitable for prayer and sacred action. There, priests and the faithful are called to respond with grateful hearts to the gift of Him who through His humanity constantly pours divine life into the members of His Body.

Please cease your baseless attacks on Holy Mother Church
