Which, if you go back and read my original post, I commented on how Osteen went 28 minutes into a 30 minute sermon before using a single passage from the Bible. Kinda like C.H. Spurgeon, huh?

I suppose you have taken Spurgeon of of your FR Homepage in protest.
But then again, we don't really know if that was a sermon or and editorial by Spurgeon, do we now? And what we do know is that Spurgeon was one of the most powerful Bible preaching pastors of the last 200 years,

Oh good grief man, there's no earthly comparison. Spurgeon was light years ahead of Osteen, and 10 times the biblical preacher. You're comparing a padawan to a jedi master. I think the proven track records of both can attest to this.
