Where is BAPTISM found here, in the letter from EARLY CHURCH LEADERS???

Where is: Reading the Bible, Worshipping God, celebrating the Eucharist, being charitable to the poor, loving your fellow man, avoding theft, avoiding murder, etc., etc., etc. in this too?

The subject of Baptism was not being debated in the Church as recorded in Acts 15. Rather, some felt you needed to also be circumcised.
