Kolokotronis,

Does "Kecharitomene" in Luke 1:28 connote fullness of grace or merely presence of grace?

The word is a vocative feminine form meaning "highly favored one" or "one who is bearing grace" or "bearing favor". It is descriptive of something about the person herself.
