Mandatory celibacy for priests is a discipline, not a doctrine. No one is required to believe that priests have to be unmarried at peril of their soul.
Celibacy for priests is not mandatory, it's voluntary. Those who seek Holy Orders voluntarily take that promise or take that vow.
Of course, some pathetic souls decide to break their promise or vow, selfishly turning their back on the Church just so they can get married. Normally they're forced out.
Communities that preach married priests as the solution or worse women priests will have no priests, except what they import. It's a self-correcting problem. Pope Benedict is more than willing to have a smaller, higher-quality flock.
Priests don't fall from the sky, they come from loyal orthodox praying families. Therefore, unorthodox, disloyal communities will have none.
