Communities that preach married priests as the solution or worse women priests will have no priests, except what they import. It's a self-correcting problem. Pope Benedict is more than willing to have a smaller, higher-quality flock.
Priests don't fall from the sky, they come from loyal orthodox praying families. Therefore, unorthodox, disloyal communities will have none.
If I believed what I read on FR, Cardinal McCarrick of Washington is "unorthodox." Yet, he has more seminarians than any other diocese in the country, with 62.
