Violence and physical coersion went both ways, and was reprehensible in every instance. As to whose violence was worse than the other, I really have no idea. I'll take your word for it that the Orthodox were worse.

I guess both sides were equally reprehensible for persecuting members of sister churchs. Let's stop raking up the past, that's all I say. If we want to discuss the issue at hand, let's not rake up what one side did in the 12th, 17th or 15th century.
