If removed, Helmandollar said he plans on moving out of Connecticut so he may continue to practice his priesthood.So he plans on abandoning his flock to save his career with the ECUSA? That in itself sounds like a bad career choice, and reflects poorly on him as well.

"Moving out of Connecticut" is probably code for seeking pastoral oversight elsewhere. I didn't see anything else that supports a physical translation (except to a new locale in Bristol -- which means the parish is leaving both ECUSA and the property).
