Back atcha...

You are one we start out in thanksgiving to serving Christ as vessels that we lift up in our Prayer.

Let us continue in prayer for all who are with us and those who are against us.

This is such good news in renewel of our faith.

Exactly. We all felt down yesterday. When I saw them -- I knew they needed to be here for all of us!

God bless.

Although not a catholic, I have always thought the world of Pope John Paul II. Such a smart man, and what a cool guy! An artist, a writer, an athlete. And he really geniunely loved people I think. I remember thinking through the years during his various trips abroad that this was a man that truly loved all human beings and at times felt the weight of the world on his shoulders for them. I hope God calls him home peacefully. Well done thy good and faithful servant.

This is JPII holding a Polish Tatra puppy. It is similar to a Great Pyrenees.
What is interesting about this picture is that a Tatra is a guard dog who also
shepherds his flock. From what I understand, that is quite unusual for a dog
to do both.

Just like our Holy Father - A Shepherd who guards his flock.

If a man's face can reveal his character, the pictures of the young priest show a man of uncommon determination and strength.

Dominick, have I redeemed myself?

I probably ought to publically apologise. I got hot when people tell me how it is in my town. Nice thread.
