Attorney James Bendell, who is well known to traditional Catholics, is promoting a last-minute plan to try to save the life of Mrs. Terri Schindler-Schiavo as she is being starved and dehydrated to death under cover of law. Mr. Bendell is urging Catholics to plead with the Papal Nuncio, the Most Reverend Gabriel Montalvo, and the Holy See to appoint Mrs. Schiavo as a member of the staff of the Vatican Embassy in Washington, D.C. This would provide her with diplomatic immunity and would require the President of the United States of America to act under international law to save her life. Yes, this is a long shot. Some American cardinals and archbishops are opposed to it (would they have been opposed to protected Jews threatened by the Third Reich?). Time is running out. The idea, though, is very good. All it would take to bring it to fruition is for men who think cautiously to dare to act boldly in behalf of a member of the Mystical Body of Christ whose life is being snuffed out by diabolical forces. You may send a letter via facsimile transmission (202-337-4036) to Archbishop Montalvo. And let us pray to Sister Lucia of Fatima for the miracle that it will take to save Terri Schindler-Schiavo's life.
ok, let's get a move on.

Your opinion is noted and has been filed in the appropriate place.
Very interesting. Thank you.
I just prayed to God for Terri, and asked Sister Lucia of Fatima to pray for Terri.
Also, I am contacting President and Governor Bush, and asked them to do God's will on this Easter Sunday and save Terri's life.

I like it, using international law to our advantage for once.

The Pope has already spoken out for Terri - why not try a top down approach as well as bottom up?
Will Do as soon as I get home. It is an excellent idea!

Re: Know Your Place
It has been brought to my attention that some misguided souls are seeking to have the Vatican name Terri Schiavo (a designated ward of my Court) as a diplomat in order to make some sort of absurd effort to spirit her out of the hospice where she is being terminated per my orders.
One bit of advice: don't try it or you'll find George Felos (a fine officer of my court) filling in Pope JPII's tracheotomy with quick-set cement. Got it?
I've steamrollered a Governor, a President, the U.S. Senate AND the House of Representatives, you think you have (lol) a 'PRAYER'?!?
Now get back to the remainder of your Easter Holiday before I terminate that too.
Sincerely,
George W. Greer,

Nice idea. I doubt any of them have the courage.
I certainly won't discourage ANYTHING positive that ANYBODY is trying to do... but I think it's fair to say this is definitely what's called a "'Hail Mary' pass."

Howzabout Hail Terri ???

Hail Terri...
Child of God...
We pray those judicial sinners...
Do not cause the hour of thy death...
Amen !!!
I doubt the have the courage too, and more likely lack the conviction, but I think it is worth a shot.
Thanks for the ping on this Blessed Day of Easter Sunday.
Worth a shot. Also, I'm praying for a miracle. Wouldn't it be something if she were to stay alive consuming solely the Eucharist?
I was thinking that as well, but since I'm asking for a miracle, I figure I might as well ask for a big one. I want her completely healed.
And a Blessed Easter to you too. I was hoping you had returned from your exile!
Did you see this?
