I believe it's included in the new 1962 Missals that recently came out.

Where do you live (generally speaking)? I may be able to point you to a place which is having Tenebrae.

I was attending these services over the last three years, when my parish started offering them on Holy week Wednesday. I stopped going, and actually walked out last year, when the parish decided a lay woman (not even a nun) lead the service, instead of one of the priests or deacons.

Nonetheless, it's a very nice and solemn closing to Lent.
