How come these psychic types never dream about the winning lotto numbers? Or know what stocks are going to rise or fall today? Why didn't one warn JFK or MLK they were about to be shot? Or tell Billy Boy to keep himself in his pants? Surely one could have called Al Gore or John Kerry and let them know they were wasting their time?

I know people that have been into this soothsayer type of stuff for decades and not once can they point to anyone that has actually predicted any future event in any detail before it happens.

What makes you think this was a psychic episode? Someone having a dream isn't necessarily psychic. Whether you or I agree that this is a warning from God isn't the issue here, but I don't get the impression this has anything to do with the occultic practice you refer to. JMO of course and you are entitled to yours.

BTW: There were some self described psychics who did warn JFK not to go to Texas, but he most likely thought they were nuts!
