Good to see a mainstream faith take a stand against the queers.

further extra-territorial incursions should not be made, encouraged, or initiated by Provinces, I am not sure that this is a correct reading. I did not read it to bar the act of undertaking the extraterritorial supervision of parishes, but only the instigation of such activity by the conservative bishops. "Equally, during this period we commit ourselves neither to encourage nor to initiate cross-boundary interventions. " From paragraph 15.

"The Protestant Episcopal Church in the United States of America, otherwise known as the Episcopal Church...is a constituent member of the Anglican Communion, a Fellowship within the One, Holy, Catholic, and Apostolic Church, of those duly constituted Dioceses, Provinces, and regional Churches in communion with the See of Canterbury, upholding and propagating the historic Faith and Order as set forth in the Book of Common Prayer."
Herein do we find a legal basis for loyal Episcopal parishes to retain their church properties?
