You're probably dead on about the "parents" using the child to advance their political agenda.  However, what authority would the ACLU have over a Parochial School?  I can only speak of the one I send my daughter to, but they don't recieve any Fed/State/Municipal money that I'm aware of.  I'd believe in a case like that, The Church can tell the ACLU to F- off, right?

All homosexual adoption is child abuse. The state is complicit in this criminal abuse of minors. And now, so is this Catholic diocese in Orange County.
