Where the cantor interrupts the priest's recitation of the Eucharistic Prayer with outbursts such as "Glory! Glory! Glory to God in the Highest!" or "Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!" with fake sponaneity.

If you look closely, that one is covered under no music during the Eucharistic Prayer.

no music during the Eucharistic Prayer.

Is that listed in this article?

Besides, they'd probably say that applies only to instruments, not to a capella "spontaneous" exclamations.

I think you hit on it. "Celebrated regularly" might be the key phrase.

I was thinking of early days, that wherever good Christians would assemble, would be sufficient. Or perhaps of a dark future, where anywhere would be better than nowhere. And since truth should be eternal, I'd have thought the location would be immaterial.

The richest Eucharist is that which emanates from the temple of the indwelt soul in communion with Christ through the Holy Spirit.

12 Wherefore, my dearly beloved, (as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only but much more now in my absence) with fear and trembling work out your salvation. -Phillipians2:12

What exactly did St.Paul know that we have forgotten?

Do you have the canon law and catechism citations on that? THere are tons of those penance services around where I live and it seems many don't know they are violating canon law since their so-called priest allows it.
