lol.....I kind of wondered that myself.
Apparently you must get a doctor of divinity degree to be qualified to moderate the religion forum. Who knew! :)
The moderator has said that theology itself will not be examined by him or her and sides will not be taken. Only behavior will be moderated. I don't have a problem with that.
Now, if theology does begin to be censored, that would be a SERIOUS SERIOUS problem and I would say why now just let the religion forum go then because it would be like a prison in here instead of free debate.
However, by the clear words of the appointed moderator, that is not going to be the case; theology is not going to be censored.

Those that don't get banned and stay might actually learn how to have enlightened conversation worthy of the subject.
I hardly ever post on the Religion forum. I don't have the theological qualifications that the ~least~ of you have. I don't know the answer to ~any~ of the great issues argued here. I will say, though, that when I read the words of many on this forum, I can see pretty clearly that few here have it right either.
