I can hear the Mormons now: "Don't listen to them, they're antis!" But God forbid if the Mormons become "evangelical, non-denominational" biblists instead - two wrongs don't make a right.

Caution is advised in laying bare the absurdities of another man's religion. If religion was provable, rational, and empirical, there'd be no need of faith.

It would be a good idea for you to provide links to other views, for example this one, which has links to many more:

Many of our critics appear to be hoping that no one will look at both "sides" before jumping to the conclusion our critics seem to want them to jump to.

LDS members claim that the prophet Mormon, who they believe originally compiled the history that became the Book of Mormon, also had Hebrew roots, supposedly being descended from an ancient Israelite named Nephi.

Oddly enough there is no Nephi in the Tanakh/OT. The closest is kind of interesting.

Nephish from the Hebrew
5305 Naphiysh naw-feesh'
Naphish = "refreshment"
1) the next to last son of Ishmael
2) an Arabian tribe

Looks more like they were Arabs and NOT Israelites. Muslims have multiple wives.... could this be where the Mormons originally got their idea of multiple wives? I realize that most do not do this any more. But, I did find it interesting that Nephish is the closest you get to Nephi in the OT.

1 Chronicles 5:19
And they made war with the Hagarites, with Jetur, and Nephish, and Nodab.
