The Sacred Triangles
Sapphires

On the night of the first Passover, the Hebrews were commanded to sacrifice a lamb and mark the beams of their doorway with it's blood. If you can picture it you can see a triangle pointing from earth to Heaven. By that triangle of the Lamb's blood, judgment passed them over and they were saved and set free.
Over 1,000 years later God did His part. As it was told, "God will provide the Lamb." around 30 A.D, on Passover God sacrificed the final and ultimate Passover Lamb. As Messiah hung crucified on Mt. Moriah, there was again the Passover Lamb, again the beams of wood, and again three markings of the Lamb's blood upon it, by His right hand, His left hand and His feet. You can see another triangle, facing down, Heaven to earth. Put the two triangles together and it forms the Star of David, the symbol of Israel and it's covenant with God. Jesus and the Jewish people are deeply connected. Trust and obey - His design always comes together perfectly.
TODAY'S MISSION
Carry with you the quiet assurance of God's presence and His promise to work all things out for good. Take heart from His promise of salvation.

I like God's idea of "triangulation" far more than Dick Morris'idea of it.

What do "triangles" have to do with anything? They are not part of the Gospel. They are not part of redemption. So, excuse me, but I am missing the point.

(Star of David)
Jesus and the Jewish people are deeply connected, that's the point.

My point is that this is extra-biblical. There is no reference to "triangles" being "sacred" - there are enough things to be cognizant of in the Scriptures without adding things that are not Scriptural.

- there are enough things to be cognizant of in the Scriptures without adding things that are not Scriptural. You mean like the word "Trinity". Are you saying that if something is extra-biblical it can't be true or it's not worth knowing?

"Trinity" is a theological concept that can be demonstrated clearly from Scripture. Show me the theological concept of "triangles," and the implications of same - please provide chapter and verse
To: LiteKeeper
"Trinity" is a theological concept that can be demonstrated clearly from Scripture. Right, the word Trinity is extra-biblical, it can only be demonstrated from Scripture, the word itself is not NOT Scriptural. It's a descriptive word, meant only to paint a picture in the mind of the reader. "Sacred Triangles" is also a descriptive word, meant only to paint a picture in the mind of the reader. The article's author clearly says
If you can picture it you can see
If after reading the article, you can't picture triangles in your mind from the subject, then I'm sorry, but that does'nt make the article any less interesting.

Sorry to be so dense, but...Trinity tells me something about the godhead...triangles seem to be too abstract to be meaningful. The article doesn't help me.
To: LiteKeeper
The use of the word "Triangles" in this article is abstract, so I don't, by any means think you're dense. Perhaps, you're just more of an analytical thinker, and you're grey matter is better wired to grasp theoretical concepts, as oppossed to descriptive concepts, I don't know for sure, but, that's possible. I do know this, that there are people on this very forum who would say that the word "Trinity" is too abstract a concept in describing who & what God is, to be of any useful meaning to them, so be of good cheer my friend, you are light years ahead of those people.. May the Lord bless you and yours, WH

" If you can picture it you can see a triangle pointing from earth to Heaven. "
Um..no. Assuming that Heaven is one point and the marked doorway is another point, that makes me see a straight line, not a triangle. What's the third point that forms this triangle that I'm not seeing?

The Triangle is from the two sides of the doorframe and the top of the doorframe.
Exodus 12:7
Then they are to take some of the blood and put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where they eat the lambs.
