BTW, OP, I am on the verge of rejecting the Baptist understanding of the Lord's Supper (at least as I understand it) of being limited as a memorial as being not enough.

As one whose only Baptism (which involved water) was as an infant in an Episcopal church, it probably wouldn't be the most horrible thing in my life.
