My wife heard Warren on the radio yesterday. Quoting his book, he said something to the effect: "when the disciples made the decision to choose Christ..."
We all know that great Calvinist verse: John 15:15 "You did not choose me, but I choose you....."
That contradiction alone is enough for me to avoid this drivel.

I have stayed away from this sort of pump up the numbers type of system. Earlier this year, the pastor and I attended a conference at Briarwood, in Birmingham for an "Embers to a Flame" church growth meeting. The focus was on church health instead of church growth. Quality vs. quantity. I would recommend it to you and your church. (they are PCA)

Oh dear. "I lifted Me" would be the theme song for Warren and co. My pastor looked at the book ad it did not impress him a bit. Teaching from the scriptures is still a working model from God, not a business model.
