**I know of one in particular who is divorced and remarried outside of the Church and was allowed to become a Eucharistic Minister!!!**

I would bring this up with the priest. Until this person gets and annullment she/he should be out of the rotation.

Unfortunately, it is not in my parish. This man belongs to another parish where my children used to attend school. More unfortunate was that the priest at this parish was wackier than the guy!! I mentioned it a few times to different people, but since I didn't belong to the parish they basically looked at me like "mind your own business."
