Well-we need to remember that kathy DID sign her last name when she sent her letter to the newspaper. Our Freeper friend who posted her letter here said that she (the FReeper) withheld it to protect kathy from unwanted messages. I can understand that. What we have to do-is figure out how to get her under affidavit and find out HOW much of her letter is heresay and HOW much is first hand knowledge. Wonder if she would do an affidavit for the Schindlers.
Also need to note that Michaels claim that Terri would want to die under her present circumstances if hearsay-he said, she said and a few of michaels family members also fit under that incredibly biased scenario.
