Conservative spin for the last week: "National Enquirer is trash and the story is BS and Rush will sue them and he didn't do it".

I had hoped he was innocent but even speculating that his audience would wane if it were true brought flames by the millions.

Well, given that their poster boy was always telling people how he felt their pain, it's not difficult to imagine that they wouldn't want anyone else to be free from feeling it.

Unfortunately that statement is true, not "liberal spin". I am just floored by this. If Rush hadn't admitted it I never would have believed it. I am disappointed in him and somewhat angry, however I do hope he is able to beat this addition and will be back on the air soon.
