WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Bush will outline new initiatives on Friday aimed at weakening President Fidel Castro's grip on power in Cuba and spurring democratic transition there without using force, administration officials said.

If relations with Cuba are normalized, about 200 Cubans will return to Cuba from the US and 2,000,000 Cubans will migrate fron Cuba to the US.

I don't suppose those many Iraqi Kurds that have been horribly deformed by the chemical weapons that Saddam had would convince Reuters or the democRATs either.

I don't think so. I think if Castro were gone, the Cubans wouldn't have a reason to leave. Cuba could be a rich, thriving, Democratic country.
