Better hope that Tommy Chong has a good sense of humor about that or else that he hire's Bill O'Reilly's unsuccessful attorney; such a t-shirt would trade on the commercial persona of Tommy Chong (and there has been a lot of Cheech & Chong merchandise in the past couple of years).
