[T]he Archbishop of Canterbury, titular head of the Anglican Communion, will host a meeting of the world's Anglican primates. Watch and see their reaction to their "American cousins."

Good analysis. Thank the Lord for the leadership of African Christians.
Nope. Those of us against this election are staying in, so that we can pick up the pieces after the heretics dry up and blow away.
Most of the rest of the Anglican Communion (including the Global South provinces that contain the vast majority of Anglicans) are going to act to protect the orthodox people within ECUSA.
And there are significant indications that the Roman Catholic Church is on our side.

Christianity: Communist tool?

For education and discussion only. Not for commercial use. During the 1930s, the Communist Party, under the direction of the Kremlin, placed more than 1,100 men into the seminaries of the Catholic Church in order to destroy it from within.
The Communists also placed hundreds of men in Protestant seminaries with the sole purpose of spawning a movement that in time would change Christianity from the true religion to one of secularism.
Manning Johnson, a former official of the Communist Party of America, told the House un-American Activities Committee in 1953 that "this policy of infiltrating seminaries was successful beyond even our Communist expectations." As of 1960, this same committee knew of more than 100 people in leadership positions in the National Council of Churches in America.
The people behind Communism are the same ones who just 27 years earlier, acting as radical socialists, laid the foundation for the Bolshevik (read Communist) Revolution in Russia, causing the slaughter of tens of millions of Christians.
Make no mistake, Communism is determined to destroy America, and I just told everyone how.

HHHHUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMM? Sounds like it is working!
Same thing happened here in California on Tuesday.
Huh?
I say with only a little humor that for 20 years I have been ready for a true Inquisition in the Episcopal Church. This will be much less painful, but just as effective.
Learn from the history of the Presbyterians. In the 1930s, after the liberals took over the United (Northern) Presbyterian Church (UPC) and ousted the Bible believing Christians from Princeton Seminary, their former stornghold, J. Gresham Machen and several other conservatives were expelled from that denomination. They formed a new church, which would become the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. The denomination's clergy still contained a large conservative minority. Few of them left the UPC, some because of fear of losing their pensions, others because they believed the liberals' lie of peaceful coexistence. As the conservative ministers retired or died, liberals took their place. By 1970, the UPC was so radicalized that it contributed funds to the legal defense of the Communist Angela Davis.
The conservative Northern Presbyterian remnant in the 1930s probably thought they would pick up the pieces after the liberals blew away. Some 70 years later, the spiritual descendants of the liberals hold the Presbyterian Church, USA (created after the unification of the Northern and Southern Presbyterian churches) in a death grip.
Remember that Scripture tells us to keep away from the unclean thing and be separate. The conservative Episcopalians would do well to heed these words.
It's not just that they elevated a practicing homosexual, they elevated a man who abandoned his wife and children so he could get his sexual kicks.
Whether he left for a man or a woman, he should have been defrocked for that alone. How in G-d's name (literally) can he counsel anyone on their duty to G-d when he has so abandoned the notion.
My guess is that the pro-homosexual faction has had to so twist its thinking to accept homoerotic behavior that it no longer knows sexual sin from a hole in the ground.
Shalom.
You said it buster.
Anyone know where you can get a list of the Episcopal Churches and Bishops who are protesting? I am looking for a church and would love to return to my Episcopalian roots.
Shalom.
If there are any such conservative Episcopalians in south-central Pennsylvania, here's one former Episcopalian looking for a church home.
Shalom.
This is an interesting story due to the way the story is perceived here in the US. You're dead on about the minority/majority issue. The Anglican communion, and hence, Episcopalianism, isn't splitting - they're kicking out a group of apostates. Big difference when it comes to perceptions.
