All rethoric aside, it has never been Arafatty's intention to die for the Palestinian cause. Dying is something for the young idiots to do. When the going gets tought, Arafatty looks for a bolthole.

Problem is, he has sort of boxed himself in with his "I ain't gonna leave" proclamations and he is getting increasingly worried because he know that Israel is just itching to finally stamp "paid" on his long outstanding account.

The solution? Simple.

Fake a stroke, get sick, arranged to get sent to the hospital and then maybe another friendly clinic in Arab lands. Once there, effect a miraculous recovery and continue as before -- from safety.
