She's said it more than 140 times and counting despite hints, wants, wishes and hopes that she's not running for the White House in 2004.
Then what to make of ID # P00003392, an electronic filing to be found at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) database?
"Clinton, Hillary Rodham Office Sought: President; Election year 2004; State: Presidential Candidate; District 03; Party: DEM (Democratic Party)."
A call to Sen. Clinton's Washington office elicited a surprised reaction from a spokesman who said: "I don't know anything about it."
The FEC, when contacted by Insight, explained the "odd" entry in its database as having been filed on Sept. 17, 2003, by an outfit called "DraftHillaryforPresident2004."
This group, which the FEC calls "an unauthorized" draft committee, lists Eric Leondard as its treasurer and he and/or it are located at 504-17th Road South, #201, Arlington, VA 22204.
An FEC spokesman explained that under the agency's procedures, once a filing is made by anyone, on behalf of anyone then the filing gets an ID and automatically enters the name of the "candidate," in this case the junior senator from New York state.
The FEC further notes that no other supporting documentation is available on this item found at www.fec.gov. And, yes, the FEC confirms that it has started receiving a number of calls from inquiring minds.
So rather than rely on gossip, your intrepid editors have gone to the sources and asked what's up. End of story. Right?

GREAT! I saw it! I can`t believe they let people post whatever they want on a Hitlery support page without it first passing through a Hitlery censor first...Maybe her fans are finally waking up to the true nature of the beast...I just posted this travelgate article on it, one that shows the ruthless extent of her evil. I like the headlines they put "Mrs Chirac hopes Hillary Clinton will one day be elected US president" Yeah OK...That says it all doesn`t it? Mrs. Chirac of France which just made cop killer Mumia Abdul Jamal an honorary member. Not suprising they should honor one more killer as well.

Polls : Polls help scripts come true. Example : "43% want to keep Davis" (SURVEY USA, 10/6/03) .
Facts about Davis rallies : Davies is not able to gather anything that even slightly resembles a crowd in his rallies. For instance a total of 35 supporters showed up to hear Davis at Long Beach. From footage I estimate that there were no more than 300 people at his final rally.
Facts about the electoral process : machines
(Touch-Screen) to make even the most unbelievable of scripts come true
Prediction : we are about to witness the largest electoral fraud that ever took place in a democracy.
Explanation : the last minute stories will be used to justify the "results". But I also think that it is the tacit acceptance of such polls that lays the basis for the coming fraud counting the votes.
Update : Davis got no more than 20%. By reporting more than the double, and so
preventing the Hitlery666 hot air balloon from exploding,
California has witnessed the largest fraud ever in a democracy

504 17th Road, Arlington = No such place! I looked it up both on a detailed Streetfinder and whitepages.com. Obviously a FAKE ADDRESS.Not necessarily. The street is real. My office is a couple of miles from there -- I'll drive by and check it out.

When you do, LMK what streets it's near so I can mark it on my map. I want to make sure I steer clear of the place when I'm in town on business or visiting my sister's family.

I can tell you this much now: I-395 (inside the Beltway). Take exit 7 for S. Glebe Road northbound. Go about 5 miles and 17th Road S. will be on your right. I'll check it out in the morning.

The address is bogus. 17th Road South is only a few blocks long, and the house numbers are in the 3000 range.
