Rush is right!
To: Lando Lincoln
Rush's comment was absolutely not racist --he hasn't a racist bone in his body-- but the chickensh!t liberals (black and white members included) of the media have painted the comment that way, verifying that deceit is the basis for political correctness. Liberalism, a disease in need of eradication!

I was called a "homophobe" because I once said NOW has turned into a lesbian organization. I said nothing in regards to my opinion of lesbians. But thats what they labeled me non the less.

Thanks for posting a good commentary on the topic. I actually disagree with Rush and the writer about the motivation for trying to hype Mr. McNabb. The race barrier has largely been broken in pro football for a long time, and I think any over-hyping of a player is more about marketing games than about social activism. However, I agree that there was nothing inherently racist about Rush's comments and that the whole controversy is a sad commentary on liberal hatred of all things conservative. I also agree completely with the writer that the ESPN pre-game may not have been the best place to raise these issues even if Rush were right. ESPN should have anticipated this kind of thing and given better direction on where it wanted the show to go.
